Getting ready for a trip should not be stressful, which is exactly what planning can feel like. A lot goes into readying yourself for travel: finding appropriate accommodations in safe areas, finding and booking transportation are just the start. You also must consider making reservations, budgeting, researching things to do or rent, figuring out what to book in advance, finding activities to suit everyone’s needs and interests, and locate nearby eateries.
Let me ease that burden. I’ll plan your trip, leaving you to only worry about making sure your time off from work is approved!
What I provide:
I dive headfirst into researching where it is you are going. I find the must do experiences (the popular and the lesser known) and organize all crucial details for you, while remaining within a budget you determine. I help you to find, plan and/or book transportation, accommodations, tickets, rentals, tours, and activities. You receive personalized recommendations based on an intake survey you complete so I can get to know you and your travel companions in order to build you the perfect trip.
Your options:
A.) General PDF: I will plan out an entire trip for you, providing you with a customized, organized PDF of clear information, links, booking sites, and tips. You will pick and choose what you want to do each day based on the general information provided. This includes options for recommendations for day trips, rentals, activities and places to visit, accommodations, flights and/or transportation. The PDF will be customized to match your destination. Here is an example:
B.) Day to Day PDF: For more structure, I will do all of the above presented as a specific day to day itinerary. This will ensure all the day’s events are geographically located next to one another.
